Aisha is specialized in leading cross-functional teams through high-impact creative productions - from ideation to delivery. Her work spans social media campaigns, digital marketing, documentary filmmaking, TV, live production, virtual reality, extended reality, design and animation. Aisha remains flexible and expansive in her skillset with a strong ability to write scripts, creative direct, produce, project manage, and lead large and small teams of creatives and collaborators.

Before joining Meta (Facebook) as a Creative Producer, Aisha honed her skills as a video producer at top entertainment networks like Complex and Fuse TV. She was one of the first to develop live social media series, and showran 8+ original Facebook live series that outperformed viewership projections. During her early years at Meta (Facebook), she developed content for Facebook/Instagram Live, Facebook Watch, and IGTV, providing creative input and solving for production efficiencies in the evolving landscape. Today, she finds herself furthering the journey of media innovation through VR productions, XR, and AI in addition to producing diverse stories for Meta internal and external audiences.
